Tim will explore techniques for creating Panorama imagery, with emphasis on the Gigapan robot controller. He will show his work, explore the Gigapan website and provide an introduction and overview of the apparatus. How to set it up, how to make proper exposures, role of the Gigapan website, how to upload your work to this site.

Biography:

I have been a fine art photographer all my adult life. Venues include the Associated Artists of Pittsburgh Gallery, Silver Eye Center (of which he is a founding member), Gallery in the Square, Panza Gallery, Frame HouseGallery, Pgh. Center for the Arts, Spinning Plate Gallery and B/E Galleries. My work was included in the 95th exhibit of Associated Artists at the Warhol museum, where I was awarded the Donald and Sylvia Robinson Award. My work was chosen for the 96th Pittsburgh Annual at the Museum of Art of the Carnegie Institute. Exhibitions around the country. He has received two proclamations from Pittsburgh City Council for two books he has written.
